Bayleigh’s expertise is anchored in a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, where she graduated summa cum laude. This rigorous academic foundation is complemented by over six years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer (since 2019) and a Licensed Massage Therapist (since 2021). As a Corrective Exercise Specialist, she doesn't just program workouts; she engineers movement patterns that bridge the gap between rehab and results.

From the high-stakes environment of tactical athletes and the precision of pro-level team sports (including baseball, football, basketball, hockey, and soccer) to the general population, Bayleigh has seen it all. Her experience spans:
